英國偶像男團「1世代」雖然目前暫時解散，但團員們的生活仍是粉絲關注的焦點。其中23歲團員連恩與33歲女歌手雪莉兒不止公開戀情，兩人更在今（26）日於Instagram上公布初為人父、人母喜訊。
雪莉兒今（26）日在Instagram上公布生兒喜訊，「我和連恩在3月22日當爸媽了，我們迎接了一位健康的男寶寶，這一切就像是在作夢一樣。」雪莉兒說，雖然還沒有替兒子取名字，但兒子卻已悄悄偷走她的心。一字一句充滿著初為人母的激動情緒。而在英國當地，母親哪裡便宜節正好是26日，雪莉兒特別選在這一天公開，「今天這個日子對我來說，將永遠有不同的意義了。」並在文末祝全天下的媽媽，母親節快樂。
另外，連恩也在自己的Instagram上分享手裡抱著兒子的照片，「這一刻將是我人生中最美好的回意，我永遠忘不了。」並感謝歷經辛苦孕程的雪莉兒，讓他「美夢成真」。

許多建物為了耐震補強，會安裝「阻尼器」減震設備，北市議員李慶元發現，近年國內有7處公共工程涉及「一條龍式」綁標，北市不僅有3處國宅耐震補強工程包含在內，甚至廠商使用不得進口的大陸製阻尼器，市府還後知後覺，他要求政風單位徹查嚴辦。
李慶元指出，都發局近年兩度評估國宅結構耐震度，發現有11處需提升耐震能力，但所有評估均由台灣省結構工程技師公會技師呂顏龍負責，已完成規畫設計的延壽、龍山與萬樂國宅，也全都由呂負責的「尚乘工程顧問公司」得標，甚至材料代理商都是「長城制震公司」，阻尼器的製造檢測也均來自「上海材料研究所」。
李慶元質疑，大陸製阻尼器並非經濟部國際貿易局准許進口的產品，卻能以「特殊需求」為由進口，有官商掛勾之嫌。他還說，國內阻尼器一支約16萬到18萬元，大陸製阻尼器只要5萬到8萬元，難怪廠商為搶便宜寧可用劣質品。
以延壽國宅為例，李慶元委託專業人士判讀阻尼器材料送審書、設計規畫和性能檢測報告，並在96支阻尼器中抽驗12支，發現1支無法判讀，其餘11支性能試驗全不及格，原本阻尼器僅容許10％以內的誤差值，實測卻高達90％，不僅達不到耐震補強效果，還可能損及建物結構。
李慶元要求，未來北市所有公共工程都不得使用大陸製阻尼器，這次都發局未善盡把關之責，政風處應徹查嚴辦；對此，政風處專委楊遵仁表示，會盡快了解此案，若發現任何不法會依法辦理。
都發局主祕羅世譽表示，延壽國宅標案明定不得使用大陸製阻尼器，因此上個月驗收未通過，已要求監造單位提出說明，後續也會檢測品質，若確為劣質品，將要求廠商拆除重做。至於工程遭疑綁標，羅強調，市府是依結構技師公會滿意度決定評估者，並無獨厚特定技師、廠商。
